## Hillstone Finance는 무엇인가요?

**Hillstone Finance**는 M\&A 전문 회사인 힐스톤에서 운영하는 스마트 컨트랙트 기반의 자산 유동화 프로젝트입니다. 투자 수익률이 높은 대부분의 금융/실물 자산은 폐쇄적인 루트를 통해 거래되고 있고 또한 개인이 단독으로 투자 하기에는 그 규모가 매우 크기 때문에 매입/투자에 대한 장벽이 높습니다.  또한, 투자가 이루어지고 나서도 투자 자산으로부터 수익이 발생하기 까지는 많은 시간이 소요되기 때문에, 대부분의 경우 자산의 유동화가 쉽게 이루어지지 않습니다. 

**Hillstone Finance**는 실물/금융 자산의 미래 가치를 담보로 하는 대출 상품을 제공함으로써, 자산의 유동화를 돕고, 소액 투자자인 개인이 고수익의 자산에 쉽게 투자를 할 수 있는 방법을 제공합니다. 또한 투자 상품에 오랫동안 자본이 묶이는 것을 원치 않는 개인/기관 투자자들은, **HSF**(Hillstone Finance Token)을 이용하여 쉽게 컨트랙트로부터의 환매를 진행할 수 있습니다.
