**Vesting Schedule**

* The total supply of HSF is 100 million HSF.&#x20;
* This document explains the vesting schedule of HSF.

**Pool Reserve 40%**

* 40,000,000 HSF
* These tokens are issued when products listed on Fundy and Hike Pad complete fundraising. Investors’ investment will be converted to HSF, and these HSF will be used for the collateral and the proof for the investment. At the end of the investment, users need to return all the HSF in order to receive the investment profit. The returned HSF will be collected back to the pool reserve.

**Ecosystem 5%**

* 5,000,000 HSF
* Tokens in Ecosystem are not locked. These tokens are used for the development of ecosystem (airdrop, marketing)
* Hillstone will constantly update tokens used from Ecosystem

**Bootstrapping Fund 30%**

* 30,000,000 HSF
* Starts from August 2022
* Lockup Period: 3 \~ 12 months
* Hillstone Finance provides initial circulating supply through Bootstrapping Fund. Sufficient amount of circulating supply is crucial in operating Hillstone General Council and HikePad. Users can purchase HSF in Bootstrapping Fund at a fixed price. In addition, tokens will be locked up to prevent sudden fluctuations in HSF prices due to a change in Bootstrapping Fund. Bootstrapping Fund will be used for the benefit of Hillstone’s ecosystem such as community, infrastructure, and Hillstone Partnership Program.

**Team & Partners 5%**

* 5,000,000 HSF
* Starting from July 2023, 250,000 tokens in Team & Advisors will be unlocked every month
* Total Lockup Period: 2 years
* Vesting Period: 20 months

**Committee (governance) 3%**

* 3,000,000 HSF
* Starting from July 2023, 100,000 tokens in Committee will be unlocked every month
* Total Lockup Period: 2 years
* Vesting Period: 30 months

**Operation I 5%**

* 5,000,000 HSF
* Starting from July 2021, 250,000 tokens in Operation will be unlocked every month
* No Lockup
* Vesting Period: 20 months

**Operation II 10%**
